Welcome To BPAC
Ballarat Performing Arts Community is a not for profit association for the performing arts in Ballarat, formed in 2023.
Our mission is to support and grow the performing arts in our city by providing facilities and opportunities.
We manage BPAC at Neill St – a performing arts venue and community hub at the site of the former Neil St Uniting Church.
