We’re excited to announce a brand new ghost tour venue is opening soon, thanks to the Ballarat Performing Arts Community – and it’s one for the books!
Explore three unique spaces full of character (and maybe a few lingering spirits):
The Chapel – Breathtaking leadlight windows, its own organ, and seriously stunning vibes. (It’s big… like ghost-choir big.)
The Abandoned Cottage – Mysterious, moody, and just the right amount of creepy. Perfect for a chilling encounter.
The Hall (est. 1861) – Full of history, charm, and who-knows-what from the other side…
This is going to be an unforgettable paranormal experience, right in the heart of Ballarat.

Your Visit to BPAC
- These tours are of the entire BPAC site. Please meet at the 1861 Hall.
- Accessible entrance is on Neill St. Please contact us if you have any specific access requirements.
- There is plenty of free street parking around the venue – we are in a residential area, so please be mindful of our neighbours: Keep driveways clear and please keep noise to a minimum.
- The nearest bus stop is around the corner on Lydiard St, routes 10 or 13.
