Public Liability and Child Safety Standards

Terms and Conditions of the hire agreement requires the Hirer to take out and maintain public liability insurance to cover the duration of the Hire Period.

Child Safety - The hirer agrees to actively enforce all Child Safety Standards, and abide by the BPAC Child Safety Policy.
